We are pleased to offer you a cruise dedicated to the Sea Kayak exploration and snorkelling from the Komodo National Park to Raja Ampat (Papua) aboard the sailing boat Natãraja. A spacious and convival boat that will make you live an extraordinary adventure.

All kayaking sessions aboard the Natãraja are supervised by Benoit, sea kayak guide, professional and extremely experienced (particularly in Arctic and Oman expeditions). We provide all necessary equipment. The route is organized according to the weather, currents and tides.

Beginners as experimented kayakers will discover secret spots and sumptuous bays in the heart of virgin nature. Our boat and its professional crew including Captain Yann will take you to the most beautiful sites of Indonesia.

Raja Ampat, the Eden of exploration by sea kayak! With nearly 40’000km2 islands and incredible seabed off the coast of Papua is one of the rare sites ranked 5 *. A combination of emerald sea, lagoons, sugarloaf Mountains, secrets passages between the islands, mangroves, waterfall and rainforest will provide unforgettable memories. The kayaking sessions are atypical! Captain Yann and our guide Benoit will take you through these exceptional sites. You can also enjoy snorkelling and beach sessions. Scarcely inhabited and visited, the park always seems to be exploring for the very first time. Manta, sharks, jacks, mackerel banns and this incredible shark also regularly crossed, specific of the region: the Wobbegong. Come to discover now the “Coral Triangle”, one of the richest diversities of coral species in the world. An intense aquatic life, fabulous birds, a return to the wild.

Itinerary Raja Ampat 10 days/10 nights

Day 1:

Arrival by flight at 6.30am to Sorong airport and boarding on Natãraja. Here we go! 6 hours sailing and lunch at Friwibonda followed by a session of kayak and snorkelling. Night at anchor.

Day 2:

Walk through the rainforest to discover the beautiful birds of paradise. After this little escapade, heading to Kabui Bay and its passages between rocks and mangroves, ideal for kayaking. Night at anchor.

Day 3:

The Manta point, swimming with rays and snorkelling around the pier of Arborek. Then sailing to Yangefo for a kayaking session in the mangrove. Night at anchor.

Day 4:

Sailing to the Lagoon Mutuskecil, the postcard of Raja Ampat! Then afternoon in the Aljui Bay, THE kayak expedition! Night at anchor.

Day 5:

In the morning at Eagle Rock, manta and eagle rays are flying over a coral garden. In the afternoon, we leave to Kawe located on the line of Ecuador. Equator kayaking expedition! Overnight sailing to the archipelago of Wayag.

Day 6 and 7:

The fabulous Wayag archipelago (Mushrooms Islands), one of the most beautiful lagoons in the world! The kayak ride is endless, many sugarloaf mountains are scattered in turquoise or Emerald waters with small secret beaches hidden at the corner of some rocks. A Robinson adventure in dreaming landscapes! The first night at anchor and the second night, sailing to Penemu.

Day 8:

Penemu, the little Wayag. Hiking on land and also, most importantly, kayaking! Sugarloaf Mountains surrounding the beautiful snorkelling spots “The Window” & “Melissa’s Garden”. Departure at night to Kri.

Day 9:

Kayaking along the island of Kri and then, Cape Mansuar, the site where the fish is in abundance! Night at anchor.

Day 10:

Very early morning, we depart to Batanta. Kayaking in the mangroves to the waterfall of Batanta. Simply spectacular!

Day 11:

Back in the early morning to Sorong and flight back to Bali or Jakarta.

Located off Flores, Komodo Archipelago includes the islands of Komodo, Rinca and a multitude of small uninhabited islands, fringed with white sand and exceptional seabed. We invite you to explore this atypical park and meet the famous Komodo dragons, the last survivors of the prehistoric era. Besides the beautiful scenery of savannah, the limpid turquoise bays and wild coasts of the island of Komodo, the kayak sessions in this wild landscape will definitely surprise you. Encounter with manta rays, dolphins and even dugong with luck, you will discover a very rich marine life and well preserved sites.

Itinerary Komodo 7 days / 7 nights until 10 days / 10 nights

Day 1:

Arrival in Labuan Bajo airport according to your flight schedule, transfer to the boat and immediate embarking on Natãraja. Sailing to Pulau Kelor and test of the kayak material and snorkelling equipment. Anchorage for the night between Flores and Rinca.

Day 2:

Sailing to Pulau Panjang, sea kayaking session and walk on land. Heading to Nusa Kode (South Rinca), wild coast where Komodo dragons love lounging on the beach. Sunset and anchor for the night in Nusa Kode.

Day 3:

Kayaking and snorkelling at Cannibal Rock. Sailing to the island of Padar Anchorage for the night.

Day 4:

Kayaking session and snorkelling to the beautiful beach of Padar. Step on land at sunset and anchor for the night.

Day 5:

Sailing to South Komodo. Kayaking in the beautiful bay of Loosera Anchorage for the night.

Day 6:

Departure for the manta point in the South of the island, kayaking session and swim with manta rays. Sailing to North of Komodo.

Day 7:

Gili Lawah Laut where are located the extraordinary sites of “Cauldron” and “Passage”. Kayaking session at Castle Rock. Anchorage for the night.

Day 8:

Gili Lawah Darat, snorkelling and again, a manta point. Kayaking around paradisiacal islands bathed in the turquoise water.

Day 9:

One of the most beautiful coral gardens of the park, Siaba and Mawan sites where it’s possible to kayak between the two islands. Sailing to Kanawa and anchor for the night.

Day 10:

Last day of the cruise with a kayaking session around Kanawa. Aperitif in the evening and back to Labuan Bajo. Anchorage in the Labuan Bajo harbour.

Day 11:

Return flight to Bali.
