Named after the brightest star in the Scorpion constellation, Antares is a splendid traditional wooden boat (ketch rig) built in Sulawesi and launched in 2009. The English and French speaking Cruise Director is a professional and well experimented diver.
She can host up to 4 guests with 2 kids in two double air-conditionning cabins. Each one owns his WC and shower (hot water) and a simple bed can be added for a kid. The living room/galley and the wide shady deck space can welcome up to 8 passengers. A speedboat of 8 person capacity including diving tanks are on board to comply with all your diving needs. Wifi on board according to the area.
Cruising aboard Antares
There are more than thirty diving sites within the Komodo National Park. Six of them are ranked 5 stars on the international scale. The park is world-famous for its extraordinary marine life preserved by the efforts made in the region to protect the environment.
Explore Raja Ampat with Antares, the diving Eden! You’ll be delighted to see the smallest species such as pygmy seahorses and a great variety of nudibranches (fans of macro-photography will be well-served!) as well as the bigger pelagic such as reef sharks and manta rays.
Open-water and Advance divers (PADI or equivalent) are qualified to dive in these fabulous sites. No-divers will also enjoy the abundant flora and fauna while snorkeling.
