Lambo is a traditional Indonesian “Lambo” (one mast, a main sail and a Genovese jib). This spacious 24-meter vessel was built in Sulawesi and launched in 2009.

She can host up to 8 guests in 4 double cabins. You’ll be able to relax in the open dining area and on the aft deck furnished with shaded mattresses. The large front deck and the three accesses to the boat (one on each side + one at the back) are convenient for divers. There is also a detached galley, two showers and 2 comfort WC’s. She is completely equipped for diving. A great crew, including professional dive masters, guide you safely in amazing underwater sites.

Itinerary

Day 1
– Dive 1: Wreck diving, Sumbawa
– Dive 2 : Moyo’s Wall
– Trekking to the waterfall in Moyo

Overnight sailing to the beautiful Sangeang volcano

Day 2
– Dive 1 : Bubble reef, Sangeang
Nice dive with rocks, black coral, black sand and bubble coming out from the bottom.
Sailing to Banta island.
– Dive 2 : High Voltage, Banta Island
Here we go, starting the typical komodo dive style; current, nice coral & topography, big fish.
– Dive 3 : Tanjung Rasa, Banta Island

Anchorage in Banta Island.

Day 3
– Dive 1 : Tanjung Batumonco
– Dive 2 : Crystal Rock
One of the highlight spot… a main rock and a pinnacle. Same marine life than Castle rock, pygme seahorses also…
– Dive 3 : Golden Passage
Drift into the channel between Komodo and Gili Lawa Darat Island with sharks, rays, giant trevallies, barracudas, etc

Day 4
– Dive 1 : Castle rock
A seamount on the North East part of Gili Lawa Darat
– Dive 2 : The Cauldron a.k.a Shotgun
One of the highlights spot, channel
Sailing to the center of the Komodo Park
– Dive 3 : Tatawa Besar
Drift with nice coral and let’s get surprised by the whale shark and the Manta Ray

Anchorage in Siaba Kecil

Day 5
– Dive 1 : Siaba Kecil (drift dive)
– Dive 2 : Tatawa Kecil
Coral, fish, swim through and big boulders covered of coral
Sailing to Padar Island
– Dive 3 : 3 Sisters
3 seamounts in the gorgeous Padar bay, covered of soft coral, sponges, nudis, possibility to see some frog fish

Day 6
– Dive 1 : Batu Bolong
One of the highlight in the Komodo National Park.
Small rock in the middle of the channel pinnacles, big fish, macro
– Dive 2 : Karang Makassar a.k.a Manta Point
Drifting with the alfredi’s mantas resident
– Dive 3 : Wainilu (night dive)
Famous sandy dive for macro and critters lovers: ghost pipe fish, frogfish, blue ring octopus, razorfish, all kind of shrimps, zebra crabs

Day 7
– Dive 1 : Pengah Kecil
Small rock with pinnacles, wall and amazing coral
– Dive 2 : Bonsai
– Trekking in Loh Buaya (Rinca) to see the Komodo dragons
End of the afternoon, back in Labuan Bajo, dinner on land.

Last night on board

Day 8
End of the trip and transfer to airport according to your flights

 

Open water and Advanced divers (PADI or equivalent) are qualified to dive these beautiful spots. Diving equipment, spares and compressor are on board.
