Located close to Flores Island in Indonesia, the Komodo National Park is much more than dragons. It’s a place with unique fauna and flora, beautiful from the top of the mountains to the bottom of the sea. The Komodo dragons are the star of the show, but the natural spectacle in Komodo National Park goes beyond those dangerous lizards. All the top things to do in Komodo Islands are related to nature, so be prepared for an overdose of stunning views, crystal clear water, colored corals, curious fishes, giant bats, sun and sweat. Day 1
Labuan Bajo – Rinca – Kalong
Upon arrival in Labuan Bajo, you will be picked up at airport by our team to join the boat. Welcome drink, boat briefing including safety rules on board and introduction of the crew members. We set sail to Rinca Island. We’ll have lunch on the way and once there, and will meet impressive Komodo dragons guided by the fully experienced rangers. Once finished, depending on time, we will visit Pulau Pempe before sailing to Kalong Island where we will anchor for the night.
Day 2
Padar Island – Pink Beach – Manta Point – Siaba
Early morning, we will head to Padar Island where guests can do sunrise trekking. Hiking to the top can be challenging however, once there you will find the perfect location to take some pictures. We will then, enjoy the breakfast while sailing to Komodo Island to visit the famous Pink Beach before continuing to Manta Point and Makassar reef. Manta Point is a spot where manta rays are often encountered.
Day 3
Sebayur – Kanawa – Labuan Bajo
After breakfast, we’ll sail to Sebayur and Kanawa Islands to do our last snorkeling before heading back to Labuan Bajo. We will be arriving around 12 pm.
The route is always organized according to the weather conditions, currents and tides.
