The Komodo dragons are the star of the show, but the natural spectacle in Komodo National Park goes beyond those dangerous lizards. All the top things to do in Komodo Islands are related to nature, so be prepared for an overdose of stunning views, crystal clear water, colored corals, curious fishes, giant bats, sun and sweat. The perfect combination for an unforgettable adventure trip.

Day 4
Komodo National Park, Pink Beach, and Padar Island
We have an early start today to meet our park ranger for a guided hike into the interior of Komodo Island, where we hope for sightings of prehistoric Komodo dragons. From there, we will move to Pink Beach where you can swim and snorkel. As its name suggests, Pink Beach is, well, pink, and is one of a just a handful of beaches in the world said to have pink sand. It owes its blush tone to red coral in its shallow waters. Spend some time swimming and snorkelling among coral reefs in crystal-clear water and then return to the boat for the short journey to Padar Island, the third largest island within Komodo National Park. The illustrious Komodo dragon is no longer found here, though the island is still home to a fantastic array of wildlife, beautiful rolling hills and some great short treks. Take the famous hike up to a stunning view point, keeping your eyes peeled for geckos, green turtles and other various reptiles.
