Located close to Flores Island in Indonesia, the Komodo National Park is much more than dragons. It’s a place with unique fauna and flora, beautiful from the top of the mountains to the bottom of the sea. The Komodo dragons are the stars of the show, but the natural spectacle in Komodo National Park goes beyond those fascinating lizards. All the top things to do in Komodo are related to nature, so be prepared for a profusion of breathtaking views, crystal-clear water, white but also pink sand, colored coral, curious fishes and giant bats… The perfect combination for an unforgettable adventure cruise.
Upon arrival in Labuan Bajo, you will be picked up at the airport by our team to join the boat.
Once on board, you will enjoy a welcome drink and receive a boat briefing including safety rules and introduction of the crew members. After that, we will set sail to Sebayur Island for your first snorkeling session in beautiful coral gardens!
Gili Lawa Laut
One of the most impressive things you will notice when visiting Gili Lawa Laut is the sheer number of fish and the size of the shoals. Trevallies, snappers and silversides are here in great numbers which attract black and white-tipped reef sharks, mobula rays and dolphin pods. At sunset, we will do a little trekking to soak in the atmosphere from the top of the island and admire a spectacular 360-degree view.
Manta rays and Komodo dragons
After breakfast, we will visit Makassar Reef and the famous Manta Point for an enchanting snorkeling session with those majestic creatures. We will then sail to Komodo Island to visit the legendary dragons, sunbath on the beautiful Pink Beach, and swim in crystal-clear turquoise waters.
Siaba and Mauan – Labuan Bajo
We start the day snorkeling in the beautiful gardens of Siaba and Mauan, a real turtle paradise where it might be possible to see some manta rays again. After this last exploration, we will slowly head back to Labuan Bajo.
The route is always organized according to the weather conditions, currents and tides.
