This cruise, rich and varied, brings you to explore the most stunning area of Indonesia. Discover the unique archipelago of Raja Ampat, located off the Papua coast.
This area of 40000km2 is a five stars biodiversity heaven, offering plenty of enchanting islands and of course, an exceptional marine life. The exploration of this breathtaking region aboard one of our boats promises memorable land excursions and fabulous diving experiences.
Day 1
SORONG – WAISAI
We meet in Sorong and then board the ferry to Wasai.
After a 2 hours boat ride, we will check-in on board Kireina, your home for the following week. We will give you a briefing about the boat, the crew and all the safety procedures before going for our first check dive in Matan Island/Red Light.
After we will Sailing to Misool.
Day 2
DAMPIER STRAITS
You will wake up at Dampier strait for a first dive of the day between Gam and Mansuar. After a light breakfast enjoy your second dive at Mioskon.
We make our way out into the park and visit famous places like Kri island to dive the amazing Cape Kri. After a good lunch you can do your last dive of the day at Sawandarek.
Day 3
PIAYNEMO
Early in the morning, we’ll arrive at Piaynemo for a trekking in a middle of this beautiful nature. After breakfast, we’ll dive at Melissa’s Garden, an extraordinary dive site famous for its extensive hard coral fields, followed by an expedition to My Reef. In the afternoon, we’ll have time for kayaking and diving at Keruo Chanel to admire the largest population of fish in the area.
Day 4
ARBOREK
You will discover giant Manta Rays, as they circle their cleaning stations or a vast array of macro species hidden in the lush coral slopes. A second dive can be organized at the famous Arborek Jetty. Between dives, you can visit the village that owns the jetty, meet the locals and see some of the Manta Ray conservation projects based here. Our next location, for the third dive of the day is the long reef of Lalosi. You will enjoy a nice trekking at Arborek.
Day 5
YENBUBA
Early morning we will serve you a light breakfast for you first dive of the day at Yenbuba. Then a second dive at Chicken Reef to enjoy the beautiful marine life.
In the afternoon, we’ll have time for kayaking and diving at Sardine Reef to admire the largest population of fish in the area.
Day 6
MIOSKON ISLAND
Back to the boat for a proper breakfast while we make our way over to Blue Magic close to the island of Mioskon. On good days, this submerged reef has numerous of oceanic manta rays dancing around.
For the second dive we move to Sardine reef with a submerged sloping coral reef which should be dived in current to ensure plenty of fish life. It’s very good for big stuff as you’ll see school of fusiliers, rainbow runners, barracudas, sweetlips, giant trevallies, Spanish mackerel, grey reef sharks and much more. Then we do our third dive at chicken reef before we anchor up at friwen. Here we go over to the veach to have a bonfire and sing & chat under the clear night sky.
Day 7
SORONG
End of the trip and transfer to airport according to your flight schedule.
