Our cruises are offering a deep reconnection with the elements and your inner-self during a yoga-cruise in Komodo, Raja Ampat, Moluccas, Togian Islands, aboard Jakaré & Carpe Diem. These cruises will allow you to discover these amazing places through physical practices (Flow yoga, Qigong, Yin yoga), breathing practices (Kriyas and Pranayamas), relaxation (Yoga Nidra and meditation), and presence (mindfulness).
They are happy to offer 2 yoga sequences a day, one at sunrise and one at sunset supervised by a guided meditation.
Stopping at key sites, you will have plenty of time to relax, meditate, dive and explore some of the most beautiful landscapes in the world.
